Detroit's is an American Cuisine Restaurant in Worcester. It first opened in April 2011. Detroit's serves lunch between 12pm-3pm, and dinner 5pm-10pm. The restaurant is located in Castle Street (just by the Racecourse).
We went to Detroit's on Thursday. We were very excited and our expectations were high, mainly because we like Franky's and Benny's which offers American cuisine. Firs issue that arouse when we got to Detroit's was lack of a car park or at least not signed well enough. There is a car park at the racecourse though. First impression "nice". The restaurant looks awesome from the outside and even better inside, lots of American character and rock&roll music welcoming us. We asked for a table for two but they were fully booked, though inside there was one table taken. I offered we will only stay for half an hour and the bloke gave us the table. The seats were comfy (for me, my girlfriend moan they're moving). The waitress was very nice, giving as our time. The drinks menu is impressive, offering fizzy pops, selection of wines and fabulous shakes. The prices are very reasonable:
fizzy pop: £1.70
bottomless fizzy pop: £2.20
shakes: in a range of £3-4.50.
wine: £3.5
The prices may be slightly different.
My girlfriend loved the banana shake so I recommend u try if u like bananas. I went for a bottomless coke which was good option comparing the size of meals which was huge.
